Are these Sevres marks on the porcelain and the bronze? I have two identical vases/urns that we inherited 20+yrs. ago and left in a box until now. There are identical marks under the two tops of the vases. A capital A and then underneath is S – 41. On the inside, bottoms of the two bronze pieces that fit over the vases there are names?? I can’t make out the name or possibly another maker’s mark.
*** I just took some more photos and saw that 1 vase is signed Robert. I have added this photo to the post.
I believe the vases are Sevres and not a copy as other items we received were authentic and very old as well.
Any value? We plan to sell them as they do no good inside a box.
Any help is appreciated.

Well,, if I understand correctly your vase/urn would date to 1764 !! However porcelain is not my strong point !! We do have porcelain experts that are members here !! Perhaps they will pop in tomorrow !!
It is a lovely piece !!
