I found this silver piece its Canadian silver. there is a marking on the bottom that is very hard to make outlooks like a BW and 9938 marking
any information would greatly appreciated

Need to see the mark please !! This is not exactly an ice bucket but is for chilling champagne and other wines !! An ice bucket would normally have a lid !!
