HELP! I’m totally stumped! I am trying to find out information about a creamer and sugar bowl set. It has an ornate floral pattern and I think it is silver plate/silver over pewter ? Markings on the bottom are: Sugar bowl: NEGBAUR N.Y. No 350 / U.S. PATENT NO 89531 / NO57336 – NO 4 / MADE IN JAPAN and Creamer: NEGBAUR N.Y. No 250 / U.S.A. PATENT NO 89529 / MADE IN JAPAN. When I google it (or look it up on Kovels.com :)! ) I either get cigarette lighters or no results. Can anyone tell me more about this set or the Negbaur company ??? THANK YOU !
