Your mark is # 7-40, Bavarian rather than Dutch and used after 1968 !! Read #7 for info !
Took a bit of searching to track this one down since I couldn`t tell what the words were other than the one you told me !!

Thank you !! That helps a lot !! I thought it might be Dutch/German but could not be sure !! Needed to make sure I was going in the right direction !!!

I am a Dane resident in South Africa. I believe this set belonged to my Dutch grandmother.
The first word is Koning???? which means Royal in both danish and dutch, however I am inclined to lean on the dutch/german origin. All my heirloom porcelain is Royal Copenhagen and this is definitely not! I might also mention that my dutch grandmother was educated and lived in France for many years.
