Hi Martha! My name is also Martha! 🙂

Long story short, I had to quit my job in order to take care of our children. My husband and I started an Etsy shop in order to help pay the bills. I spent more money than I wanted on Kovels in order to both identify the items we are putting online and price them. (apparently, I’m a little bitter about spending more than I wanted)

I obtain the items through thrift stores and auction sites. Rarely do I know the true value… Recently, I won a “lot” of items in an auction. It included two plates marked “Mintons Denmark” each is octagonal and 9.25″ Then, I also have a large platter that is 19″ in the exact same pattern. All pieces have no chips, cracks, or flea bites.

Attached is a picture I found online of the original pattern. BEAUTIFUL plates! I’d like to know what to A. call them …. and B. price them. 🙂

Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. (and, yes, I am a little embarrassed about my unnecessary behavior)
