That would be Muggsy the toothache dog cookie jar !! Made by Shawnee Pottery !! There is a white one on ebay but its a new dog from old mold so they say !!
Unless you want one from that age I would buy it and a couple of bottles of glass paint and DIY it !! They are making reproductions of some cookie jars !!
