I have an ornate porcelain tea cup & saucer with what looks like two ‘X X’ marks in the glaze, which i cannot find listed anywhere.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

The number is likely the pattern number !! Some mfrs only marked the large items and the smaller ones were identified by pattern number only !! Do you have a plate or a serving piece that you can check for the pottery name ??
