No….but I have the extra glass panels that match the panels in the table in the original boxes from Mastercraft. There is the number 556 stamped into the bottom underneath the table. It also extends to accept a leaf. I believe the leaf is missing and that the extra glass I have actually goes to the leaf. I bought this as is at an auction
