Why not just re-do the table to your taste and use it !! That cupboard/hutch would make a nice little bar if re-vamped,re-painted and done well !!

Yes,, Its about the same age,, Say 1930`s to 1940`s !!
With the damage on both items,,value is not going to be much !! Badly painted table and missing a foot,,cupboard/hutch is missing shelves and bad paint you might get $50. to $75 each. on a good day !! But even in good condition this style furniture does not sell well !!
