Hi
I have a 1970s Gilligan’s Island plastic toy boat & Maryanne figurine. The boat is signed on one side by Maryanne & on the other side by the Professor. Also, the Maryanne figurine is signed by the actress. The signatures were done with a black Sharpie. I have looked at the signatures on the two actor’s photos and the sure do look alike.

How can I get these signatures authenticated, w/o spending a lot of $$? If they are authentic, how much might these pieces be worth?

Thanks,
Sue

First look through these and see what some of the items might sell for !! Be sure and check ebay to see if anyone is even bidding on anything !! Do not base the value on Etsy,Ruby Lane or any of the stores that have things for sale because chances are you will not get that amount !! Those are asking prices,,not getting prices !! On ebay,, when you get to the listings for Gilligans Island collectables,,look in the left column and you will see “Completed listings and Sold Listings” The sold listings will tell you what people are actually paying for items like yours !! The other one will tell you those that did not sell as well as those that did !! If the actual sale prices are OK then you can check the signature !! They are really not a high priced signature !!
