Hello! Have a 25 gallon John Van Range Company Copper (?) vessel that we know very little about except that it is likely very old. Appears to be double walled and has a drain in the bottom and a threaded port on the side that goes between the inner and outer walls. Has a large tag on the side that reads ” The John Van Range Co. 5th and Broadway Cincinati Ohio 25 gal.” Sits in a stand for use. Anyone have any ideas about this? Age? Use? Price?

Thanks for the help

Is it similar to this one ?? This is a smaller pot !! Can you post a pic please ?? They were usually for apple butter but may have been used in a small still for cooking mash !!
