I have an item which i believe is used to measures revolutions per minute. A seemingly old design in a wooden box, images uploaded, no markings or brand labels visible. The only marking on the box is “Record”. Would love to know what it is, how old it is perhaps a value to it and any other information. It isn’t the same item though.
