I have this odd little thing. The base is brass or bronze. The stalk is, I think, lead based on how soft it is. Total height is 3″ tall. The base is 0.875″ diameter. It has a star on the front of the “stamp” and what is either a crescent or a partial circle on the back. I picked this up at a local estate years ago and have always wondered what it is.
