Perhaps if it was sandblasted, painted and a table top put on it, you could sell it.
Other than that, I found it makes a nice sturdy base for my scroll saw:) .

I’m sure you must know by now…it is the base of a treadle sewing machine. The wheels, of course are on the bottom.;)

Well, it looks to me like a quilt hanger. Or, perhaps it is part of something – a sewing machine? I’m definitely not sure, but I would guess a quilt hanger.
