Yes, they are American Encaustic Tiling. They look like typical drop-in-counter porcelain dispensers, with pump, much like any 1930’s Hall dispenser one might see offered on ebay. They are so similar in fact, that I wonder if Hall might have acquired their molds from AETCo (or Shawnee) around 1935 when AETCo folded.
I have scoured the internet for any reference to AETCo ever making such items, with no luck. I’ve also searched online and hard print price guides.
