No !! You will be looking til doomsday to find the same ones !! You want similar patterns,,doesn`t have to be exact,, similar size and age !! If it were me,, depending on the size which you have not told me I would list the pair at $150. assuming there are no flaws and the jars are at least 10 inches tall !! There are prices all over the board but you have to look at what the sold prices are !! The higher priced items are not selling on ebay which is where most people look !! When you open an ebay page look in the left column and you should find sold listings and completed listings !! May need to scroll down a bit in that column !! If it isn`t there look at the top left of the listings and you should see something that says “refine results” or something similar !! Click on that and it should add the left column for you to see !! Then click on sold listings and you can see those that have recently sold and what people paid for them !! The sold prices will be in green !!
If they do not sell at that price you can always lower the price and relist !! Let it go through at least two listing cycles then lower the price if you wish !!

Dear Marthahill,

I am having a lot of trouble determining an approx. value for these jars.

Is it realistic to be looking for exactly the same jars elsewhere ?

Best rergards,
Martin

If you are going to list online then thats where you need to check prices !! Check ebay for sold items and the other sites such as Ruby Lane and Etsy !! Just keep your prices in about the same area !! When selling items that are nice but not unique,,it is just a matter of presenting them well with a good description noting any flaws !! People will buy or not as their taste dictates !! Some will like them others may not !! Its a matter of personal taste !! Wouldn`t hurt to throw in a few ideas of how they could be used !! Like ( Beautiful matched set of Satsuma jars circa late 1800`s or early 1900`s !! Would look lovely sitting on a fireplace mantle or hearth !!) Don`t forget to add the size of the jars !! I am guessing they are about 10 inches tall ?? If not then decide where you think they might be used !! It helps to give people ideas about what you are selling !!
