GoodWill find so I don’t know anything about it. This is about 6.5″ tall to the top of the handle. The pink, baby blue, and green areas are thick (raised). Some of the green dots have been “knocked” off the surface. The shiny white finish covers the inside completely. The overall paint isn’t quite smooth/slippery. Like a matte finish. If I hold this under a light, the inside will lighten up (bisque?)

I’m not sure which way to read the makers mark, so I included photos in both directions. If I read it with the word on top of the leaf, I see HOdeLY or maybe NOdeLV. Flip the letters upside down if it was applied at the same time as the words hand painted. I’m hoping somebody recognizes the “leaf” or the way this was painted.
