Hiya folks. I’m hoping that someone may recognize this advertising merch and be able to tell me who it was made for, by whom and perhaps the era. I only have the one pic as I purchased the piece at auction and don’t have it yet.

Hi Treasure Hunter, Just kidding here,You and Geno sure come up with some oddball items!!!! I don’t get it but what makes this an advertising piece? What does the G R stand for? He looks like an old comic guy like “O Henry” maybe your to young, but that’s what he looks like to me.
