That is not a factory mark !! Could be an independent studio but more likely someones hobby project !! Large vent hole in bottom says its not an old one !! Back in the 1980`s and 90`s ceramics were a hot hobby !! You could find ceramic shops in every town !! The initials were done with a brush so whoever made it had a TLor FL initial !!
