I came across a set of Arts and Crafts looking lusterware that included one regular sized bowl and six small bowls. Has anyone seen anything like this, I would love to identify the maker of these pieces.

The green bowl looks rather patchy. The black lined rim suggests Bohemian (Czech). The poor quality suggests 1930s though may be earlier.

The decorated bowls look hand painted overglaze. The motif is Jugendstil, the Germanic equivalent of Art Nouveau.
The workmanship is not the best, not of the quality expected from factory decoration. These bowls would also seem to be from Bohemia where small decorating shops used to buy-in blanks from the factory. The hand painted mark is therefore most likely the decorator, not the maker. There were thousands of such small decorating workshops, the vast majority of which are undocumented.

Sorry for not being more clear. If you click on the ‘photos’ link in the post it should take you to a gallery of photos of the lusterware.

But there is a mark if you look at the pictures. It a red script like font, what looks to be the letters AC or maybe AG.

Many many makers made lustreware. Without any marks theres little or no hope of an ID.
