I have a couple of simple pieces from my mother I was always wondering about – I don’t think they are particularly special except to me. Am wondering about their background and have not been able to track their markings. Picture is attached.
1. 6’x7′ little platter – blue design – round pressed marking on back with a CB on on side and a 3-Diamond on the other side
2. Small beer stein that simply says Germany 5 on the bottom.

Any ideas?
