Hi hoping someone can help to ID the raised makers name I have enhanced as i can not make it out to me looks V L and could be completely wrong with the L I have also added the stamp possible from what I have tried researching from the late 1800’s
It is porcelain glazed
Appreciate any help/info TIA Vicki

The pseudo-British registration mark means nothing, the impressed mark is that of Franz-Anton Mehlem from Bonn-Poppelsdorf, Germany. Please see Chris’ page on the business:
