Can anyone help me identify the mark, ‘H” with a wavy horizontal line (attached) on the below cherub pulling a two wheeled, blue/gold flower accented 2 wheeled cart. It’s driving me nuts trying to find the origin. I was thinking haviland but i need to be better assured than i am… so i’m asking the experts..

the only other possibly identifying marks seems to be a vague duck-luck stamp on the rear of the piece… Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

I had no idea about voting here nor what it is for !! This site was updated within the last year and there are many things that are totally useless in a Q&A forum !! Have no idea why the posts here are now mixed up !! The most recent should be at the bottom and its at the top !! If you post in the future please use the “reply” rather than the “comment” !! A reply brings your post to the top of the list and it is highlighted so we know that someone replied !! We are not aware if if a comment is made unless we check every post !!
Back in the 50`s and 60`s you could find planters like yours with cupids, cherubs, angels, lambs ect !! Many were given to people in the hospital with a small ivy in the planter part !! Of course when the person went home the ivy which was in its own small pot was removed and replanted !! These were pretty common to find back then !!
