Can anyone help me identify the mark, ‘H” with a wavy horizontal line (attached) on the below cherub pulling a two wheeled, blue/gold flower accented 2 wheeled cart. It’s driving me nuts trying to find the origin. I was thinking haviland but i need to be better assured than i am… so i’m asking the experts..
the only other possibly identifying marks seems to be a vague duck-luck stamp on the rear of the piece… Any help would be appreciated.

Back in the 50`s and 60`s you could find planters like yours with cupids, cherubs, angels, lambs ect !! Many were given to people in the hospital with a small ivy in the planter part !! Of course when the person went home the ivy which was in its own small pot was removed and replanted !! These were pretty common to find back then !!
