Can anyone identify this for me? Just bought tea set from charity shop because it’s pretty. Any information would be great ?

Ok I don’t know how to get photos up correctly

Basically it’s a china tea set with aqua dots around the top on a white ground with a rose garland around the entire circumference. It has a gold trim around the top and down the handles. There is a Fleur de lys stamp on the bottom of the jug only with what looks like ‘weir china’ above it. Hand painted number 213Y. This same number and two dashes are on the tea cups and saucers.
It’s similar to Ford and sons FRD5 pattern but dots just around the tops of items and the body is white.
