I have a 9 by 15 1/2 inch platter that was identified as a Limoges “fish platter” when I received it. Original owner would have bought it in 1920’s which fits with the green mark on the back ( crown with “Handpainted” ” L. R. L. “and “Limoges France” also known as Mark 3 from the Collector’sEncyclopedia of Limoges Porcelain) The other mark on the back is also green–an eight pointed star with Limoges and a blurred word. The platter is handpainted with light and dark pink poppies and extensive gilt. Style of platter itself is same as identified Limoges platters with other decoration. There is a small signature of the artist on the front: 3 letters beginning with a Z. I have looked everywhere I know and no one seems to have recognized the pattern or have any idea of its worth. I would love to know more about this piece.

Lazeyrus, Rosenfeld and Lehman made many platters of this type !! Can not see it to help you with the signature but you can find them on ebay !! Perhaps you can find a match there !!
