I have looked everywhere and cannot identify this mark. It is in red almost looks like 2 v’s in the center around swirls but I am not really sure. Vase is cobalt blue with a lot of hand painted raised gold and marked 499… absolutely beautiful and looks really old too me. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
