Ha! Never thought it was linked to Japan!
The second column translates exactly to, “The Great Japan”.

Now off to go cross-eyed on column 1. Thanks!

Hi, Your question is like looking for a needle in a haystack. I went to the web site Gothburg.com and looked in Japan marks and found one very simuliar to your’s that was used in late 20th century. It had the two B’s. I think your dish is from Japan. Asia is a huge country so you may never know, but your dish is very collectable because it’s blue & ivory,or white. a lot of those dishes poured into Usa.in the 1940,50.60 ties. Good Luck
