Hope someone could tell me about this item. It’s approx. 16.5″ high it’s markings states CLUJ and Napoca and Made in Romania. It is also numbered and is porfin. Been doing some research but have not found much. Does anyone know when it was made and the value. Any help would be most appreciated!! Attached a picture.
