I found this coffee pot/tea pot at the thrift store today and am having a hard time finding it’s makers mark or pattern info. Any help or info would be much appreciated .

Maker was Zehendner & Co., the second factory located in the town of Tirschenreuth. Shown mark was used unaltered between 1949 and 1989. The factory never ‘named’ their series but used decoration numbers instead.

Their catalogs are commonly found only in the hands of collectors which such information instead of re-publishing it, hence one has to manually search sites like Replacements.com to find some reference which has nothing to do with the original descriptor and is just as made up as most distributor/importer-given names.

How that helps (or satisfies) collectors is well beyond me, one would assume that they would proudly rig up some websie or publish a small brochure or cross-reference list, *sigh*.
