In researching Doulton markings to date this peice I see on other listing it says produced between 1937 – 1995. From my research I belive this is one of the earliest produced since it has hand painted HN 1811 & the artists intials all in green rather than machine printed.

In reseasrch I found the # H was started in 1923, the marks seem to corospond to pre 1937 and saw this info on how to date figurines

“There is an old rule of thumb for dating doulton figurines; where you add 27 to the small and hardly visable number to the right of the doulton backstamp.
For example: “Sweet Lavender”. 27 + 10 = 37. The figurine was therefore produced in 1937

This has a small 6 under the Bo Peep not seen clearly in the photo

Could this be dated to 1932 ? 27 + 6 = 1932

See pics below Any help in dating it is greatly appreicated
