Hi,I have a R.R.P. Co Cookie Jar that is numbered. I found info on this cookie jar on this site referenced over to eBay. I contacted the seller asking for the info from the bottom of the cookie jar that is being sold. This info was not available because the bottom of the cookie jar is blank. Does this mean that cookie jar is a fake and or does this mean that my cookie jar is worth more than the 1999 original price marked?
I would say yes, anything that has a good clear mark is going to be worth a little more than one that is not unless you can show a picture of the cookie jar from the company that made it like from a book and the good news is my book has no reproductions that they know of RRP cookie jars. Have a good day.
Hi, I’m very confused , You have a rrp cookie jar that is numbered and you are buying another that is not marked? Anyway RRP & co Roseville Ohio marked most of their cookie jars but they made just about as many with no mark at all. Blank, not even a number. I would say that the value would be about the same today. I don’t want to get cookie jar collectors mad but I have seen prices drop on cookie jars. Not enough younger people are interested.
