I’m having trouble identifying the manufacturer of this stem vase. No markings except for a Crown on the underside. The pattern is raised. Can anyone help please?

That crown mark is the most copied crown of any marks. There is one company that used only the crown mark like your’s it is the “Crown Pottery Co. in Evansdale Ind. 1898-1954. Yours is a 1940-50ties mark.
