It is marked GERMANY which clearly means that the item is not made by the Wiener Kunstkeramische Werkstätte (WKKW) but merely a reproduction of the original design which already lowers the ‘value’. As the German manufacturer did not even include a maker mark of sorts it’s per definition a low budget item because there is no (renown) factory behind it.
The original designer name by the way was Michael Mörtl (Moertl in correct non-Umlaut writing) while the design was originally named Gänsereigen (Gaensereigen in correct non-Umlaut writing). But – as said – that is irrelevant here.
There is no WKKW 389 on the bottom. I posted this on a site and a gentleman told me to search Michael Mörtl for the dish. I found one almost like it except the geese are sitting. Same paint and etc. It showed the value of $2,000.00. That’s all I can tell you about the dish.
