I have what I believe may be a Dresden porcelain Unicorn lamp, even the shade is porcelain. I was wondering if anyone could give me more info on it or point me in the right direction please.

Does your lamp have the Dresden crown mark on bottom ?? It could possibly be one of many that are known as Dresden style but made in many places !! No porcelain was made in Dresden but they used blanks from Meissen that were not approved for their work !! We would call them “seconds” !! Dresden was a painting and decorating area !! That is what they were known for !!

The last thing I would think of would be “Dresden” as it is not decorated in the specific floral decoration style. And German items would be marked, one way or the other.
