Hi, Etruria England near Stoke on Trent was a pottery district. Staffordshire, Wedgwood to name a few also there. I believe your pot or vase is quite old because it does not say England or Made in England, I found another vase that had just Etruria written and numbers and the owner dated it as later 1800rds.
