I have exhausted my search online and through catalogues to identify this mark! It looks like a little porcelain biscuit jar with hand-painted flowers on it. Its really beautiful, just wishI knew the history!

Any help would be sincerely appreciated!

Hate to burst your bubble but this is not a mfrs mark !! The crown is the crown of England and the mark is an export mark,, this was used on items intended to be sold outside of England !! There are many variations of the English crown depending on who made the stamp !! You will usually find it on top of the glaze !!
pretty sure this is not a biscuit jar depending on size,, looks to be a powder jar from a dresser set !! Does not look to be hand painted,, looks like transfer ware !! Your jar was likely made mid century or shortly before !!
Would have had a stick on label with the mfrs name !!
