Thats correct,, contact customer service !! I have never seen any forum with 24/7 experts available to answer questions !! I have never seen anyone connected with the Kovels site answering questions,,anywhere !!
Before Friedrich and I started and Chris Marshall,, there was no one and a backlog of years with no answers or help of any kind !!
