Helle everybody, new here my first post.
I am trying to find out if this piece of decoration has any value .
I know it has been won in a bingo here in montréal Qc Canada, in the 1930 and it is in the family since
There is a mark under and a number engraved on the bottom (see pictre
I thanks all the expert or any one that could give me more detail on it

Shown marking is a generic export mark and can not be linked with a specific manufacturer. Even well-made items of unknown origin often hold less value than badly-made products from known makers so your best chance would be finding a collector specialized on animals/dogs.
