Wien is the German name for Vienna so your dog was made before the family immigrated !! That was in 1938 !! I saw several types of these Borzoi as well as yours !! Most didn`t give a year made and some just said 1930`s !! It is in the art deco style so can`t argue the era !! I could not find anywhere that gave the dates made for the Goldscheider figurines but I assume there must be one because some did give a year made !! Value of this dog is about $150. if perfect with no damage !! That value came from this site and was valued in 2016 !! I saw several from $75. to $150. Did not check the condition on those for sale !!
Of course you can`t tell what it will bring until its actually sold !! You can not outguess the buying public !!
