You are probably doing nothing wrong !! This site is not designed for todays phone and other pics from hand held devices !! Most are oversized for this site !! To save trouble of trying to resize on whatever you are using,,just post the pics to photobucket.com or any of the image sharing sites except facebook and just post the link here !! Those sites are more up to date !!
