can anyone give me any info on this piece, my mother gave it to me in 1986 she said it belonged to her mother, who used it at her kitchen sink as a scouring pad holder. I would appreciate any help. my mother was 74 years old when she passed and my grandmother passed away in 1959 so I don’t know if my mother received it as part of the estate. I am guessing 1930-1940
