Hello!

I recently came across this vase and I am having trouble finding the maker from just the markings alone. I am hoping a knowledgeable set of eyes can help me, or at least point me in the right direction. I have tried to research on my own, but the world of pottery & porcelain markings is vast and unfamiliar to me! I estimate this piece to be from the 70’s or 80’s. The flowers are glazed in a rich cobalt blue with vivid orange and gold detailing. The marks on the bottom appear to be applied separately. There is an “18” or “81” glazed underneath the clear glaze and “t g C” with some swirly business and 4-50 underneath. This appears to have been applied over the finishing glaze. Would love to know the maker, era or even the country of origin. Please see the pics I have attached.

I appreciate your insight and knowledge!
