Bought this at a resale shop.
It is a chamber pot.
5 1/2 high
8 1/2 across
10 1/2 across with handle

This mark would leave me to believe it is from 1912 – 1919? Correct?

What do the other marks mean? Do they give more information into this piece.
The other mark says

LABOR AND WAIT ( in the ribbon)
