I have a Raphael Weill & Co. Limoges France Demitasse tea cup. Can you tell me a Pattern, age and value?

Cup and saucer are white with gold trim on the rim and bottom of cup and the handle of the cup is gold also. The saucer has gold trim on outer edge and in the center around where the cup sits.

I had trouble downloading pictures. The back stamp is a blue circle with a design around the outside, inside around the circle it says Raphael Weill & Co. San Francisco., and on the plate it says Limoges France under the stamp.
