I am trying to identify these plates. I have 23 of them. 6 different patterns. They were in a box with almost 100 spring plate hangers. The springs hangers were wrapped in tissue paper and newspaper from England dated 1980. Shipping label on the box has Proudholme Products from Sussex UK. England. I see that I got box No. 1 of 11 cartons. That would explain all of the hangers. Plates are not marked with a manufacturer.

The closest I can find is a “Pic-Plaque” of The Beetles made by Proudholme in 1963. My son thinks the image looks like the train from Willy Wonka. I think the guy on the train looks like Safari Hunter from the movie Jumangi.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the shipping label. Google search shows that Arthur Lieberman was the owner of King Arthur’s Pub. I see some small dishes/plates on eBay, made in England, with King Arthur’s Pub on them. But those are marked made in England. I just got these plates from an auction at the “Sabre Room” in Hickory Hills Illinois which just closed after 67 years.
