Found this beautiful charger at an estate sale, need help identifying. I think symbols may be Kutani, help please!

Your comment says it is raised and then the reply says it is not !! I mean the white dots at the top !! Still the same but if not raised,,is not moriage work !!

Is the pattern raised ?? The pic has the mark sideways,, the bottom marks are Kutani the top marks may only be the symbols for the region where made !! Flip to the left and the Kutani marks would be on the right !! As a whole it looks like a generic Kutani mark to me but I am no expert !! By generic I mean not made by an individual at a studio !! Just a factory piece !! It is a fairly modern charger with a crackle glaze and it looks like Moriage work on the flowers !! Moriage is a method of applying slip to form a raised pattern !! These are made for export items and not used in Japan !! Strictly for the western market !!
Very pretty and a nice find if not too expensive !!

The pattern is raised along the flower petals.
