yes thats true but for me the stamp is very clear the first time i had it in my hands for so many times. its a US based importers group using the shield stamp with B W and hand decorated written in it. more i think is not neccesary tot say cause you will never find out who made it 90% of the time.
ps. all BW stamps are mostly bad stampt and unreadeble in my experience.
