Can someone give me some info about this piece. got it at a auction couple of weeks ago, I’ve not been able to get any but I don’t have the knowledge on pottery needed to identified this one. thanks in advance for any info. Looks like the German word ‘Handarbeit’ (hand made).

It’s lovely. It looks Eastern European. I have several pieces of Polish pottery, but that cobalt blue is striking. Is the maker Hundurur? I can’t quite make it out…Which leads me to believe it may be Hungarian…
