I’ve found information about this stamp Victoria – 1904 – 1918 Austria, 1918 – 1939 Czechoslovakia, 1939 – 1945 Germany. Karlsbad is in Germany so the service is from the last period, after that the company was merged with other company – http://museumvictoria.com.au/collections/items/1820322/shaving-mug-victoria-schmidt-company-royal-exhibition-building-czechoslovakia-circa-1918-38

But i can’t find that stamp with the gold letters and what the number 303 mean. Also I asked antiquarian and he said that it’s made around The second world war.
